Secure Connect GUI

Double click in the notification area, the Network Information dialog appears. This dialog shows information about statistics, interfaces, and routes.


General

Network Information dialog is shown as below:

Descriptions of the options on the General tab:

Address Information: Shows the IP addresses. Crypto Suite: Shows the encryption information.

Connection Status: The current connecting state between the client and server. The possible states are: connecting, connected, disconnecting, and disconnected.

IPCompress: Shows the compression algorithm used by SCVPN.

Tunnel Packets: Shows the transmitted packets number through the SCVPN tunnel.

Tunnel Bytes: Shows the transmitted bytes through the SCVPN tunnel.

Connected Time: Time period during which the client is keeping online.

Compress Ratio: Shows the data length ratio after compression.


Interface

Click the Interface tab to view the interface information.

Descriptions of the options on the Interface tab are:

Adapter Name: The name of the adapter used to send SCVPN encrypted data.

Adapter Type: The type of the adapter used to send SCVPN encrypted data.

Adapter Status: The status of the adapter used to send SCVPN encrypted data.

Physical Address: The MAC address of the interface used to send SCVPN encrypted data.

IP Address Type: The type of the interface address used to send SCVPN encrypted data.

Network Address: The IP address (allocated by SCVPN server) of the interface used to send SCVPN encrypted data.

Subnet Mask: The subnet mask of the interface used to send SCVPN encrypted data.

Default Gateway: The gateway address of the interface used to send SCVPN encrypted data.

DNS Server Addresses: The DNS server addresses used by the client.

WINS Addresses: The WINS server addresses used by the client.


Route

Click the Route tab to view the route information.

Description of the option on the Route tab:

Local LAN Routes: The routes used by the virtual network adapter.
