Introduction to Schedule

System supports schedule. This function allows a policy rule to take effect in a specified time, and controls the duration for the connection between a PPPoE interface and Internet. The schedule consists of periodic schedule and absolute schedule. The periodic schedule specifies a time point or time range by periodic schedule entries, while the absolute schedule decides a time range in which the periodic schedule will take effect.

Periodic Schedule

Periodic schedule is the collection of periods specified by all the schedule entries within the schedule. You can add up to 16 schedule entries to a periodic schedule. These entries can be divided into 3 types:

Absolute Schedule

Absolute schedule is a time range in which periodic schedule will take effect. If no absolute schedule is specified, the periodic schedule will take effect as soon as it is used by some module.
