Configuring a PKI Key

This section describes how to configure a PKI key.

Creating a PKI Key

System provides a default PKI key pair named Default-Key.

To create a PKI key, take the following steps:

  1. Select Objects > PKI from the menu bar.
  2. On the Key tab in the PKI Management dialog, click New.
  3. In the PKI Key Configuration dialog, configure options.
    • Label: Specifies a name for the PKI key. The name must be unique in system.
    • Type: Specifies a type for the PKI key.
    • Modulus: Specifies a modulus for the PKI key.
  4. Click OK to save your settings and return to the PKI Management dialog.

Deleting a PKI Key

To delete a PKI key, take the following steps:

  1. Select Objects > PKI from the menu bar.
  2. On the Key tab, select the key you want to delete from the key list, and click Delete.

Viewing PKI Key Details

To view a PKI key's details, take the following steps:

  1. Select Objects > PKI from the menu bar.
  2. On the Key tab, select a key from the key list, and click Details.
  3. In the PKI Key Details dialog, view the key's details. Click Back to close the PKI Key Details dialog and return to the PKI Management dialog.
