Configuring a SCVPN Address Pool
The section describes how to configure a SCVPN address pool.
Creating an Address Pool
To create an address pool, take the following steps:
- On the Navigation pane, click Configure > Network > SSL VPN to visit the SSL VPN page.
- On the Task tab in the right auxiliary pane, click Address Pool to visit the Address pool page.
- Click New.
- On the Basic tab in the Address Pool Configuration dialog, configure the basic options of the address pool.
- Name: Specifies the name of the address pool.
- Start IP: Specifies the start IP of the address pool.
- End IP: Specifies the end IP of the address pool.
- Reserved start IP: Specifies the reserved start IP of the address pool.
- Reserved end IP: Specifies the reserved end IP of the address pool.
- Netmask: Specifies the netmask in the dotted decimal format.
- DNS: Specifies the DNS server IP address for the address pool. It is optional. At most 4 DNS servers can be configured for one address pool.
- WINS: Specifies the WIN server IP addresses for the address pool. It is optional. At most 3 WIN servers can be configured for one address pool.
- On the IP-User Binding tab, configure the IP-user binding rules.
- Type the user name into the User box.
- Type the IP address into the IP box.
- Click Add.
- Repeat the above steps to add more rules. To delete a rule, select the rule you want to delete from the list and click Delete.
- On the IP-Role Binding tab, configure the IP-role binding rules.
- Type the role name into the Role box.
- Type the start IP address into the Start IP box.
- Type the end IP address into the End IP box.
- Click Add.
- Repeat the above steps to add more rules. To delete a rule, select the rule you want to delete from the list and click Delete.
- Click OK to save the settings.
Editing an Address Pool
To edit an address pool, take the following steps:
- On the Navigation pane, click Configure > Network > SSL VPN to visit the SSL VPN page.
- On the Task tab in the right auxiliary pane, click Address Pool to visit the Address pool page.
- Select the address pool you want to edit from the list and click Edit.
- In the Address Pool Configuration dialog, modify according to your need.
Deleting an Address Pool
To delete an address pool, take the following steps:
- On the Navigation pane, click Configure > Network > SSL VPN to visit the SSL VPN page.
- On the Task tab in the right auxiliary pane, click Address Pool to visit the Address pool page.
- Select the address pool you want to delete from the list and click Delete.
