Firmware Management

The firmware upgrade wizard helps you upgrade system firmware to a new version or roll back to a previous version. Up to 2 versions can be saved in the system.

To upgrade to a new version, take the following steps:

  1. Select System > Firmware Management from the menu bar.
  2. In the Upgrade Wizard dialog, click Upgrade to a new version, and then click Next.
  3. From the Select backup version drop-down list, select a system version as the backup version.
  4. Click Browse after the Upload a new version box, navigate to the file location, select the file, and then click Open.
  5. Click Next, and then select whether to reboot the system. The system must be rebooted to make the configurations take effect.
  6. Click OK to save your settings.

To roll back to a previous version, take the following steps:

  1. Select System > Firmware Management from the menu bar.
  2. In the Upgrade Wizard dialog, click Revert to a previous version, and then click Next.
  3. From the Select from the saved versions drop-down list, select a system version as the rollback version.
  4. Click Next, and then select whether to reboot the system. The system must be rebooted to make the configurations take effect.
  5. Click OK to save your settings.
