Configuring a VLAN

This section describes how to configure a VLAN.

Creating a VLAN

To create a VLAN, take the following steps:

1. On the Navigation pane, click Configure > Network > Network to visit the Network page.
2. On the Task tab in the right auxiliary pane, click VLAN.
3. In the VLAN List dialog, click New. In the VLAN Configuration dialog, type the VLAN name into the VLAN name box.
4. Click OK to save your settings.

Deleting a VLAN

To delete a VLAN, take the following steps:

1. On the Navigation pane, click Configure > Network > Network to visit the Network page.
2. On the Task tab in the right auxiliary pane, click VLAN.
3. In the VLAN List dialog, select the VLAN you want to delete from the VLAN list and click Delete.
