Cyber Security Country Manager | Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Singapore/Malaysia
Job Description:
- As a country manager, you will be responsible for sales of Hillstone security products and solutions through Hillstone authorized channel partners or directly in the country. Your will report to regional sales director.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team on a day to day basis which includes pipeline review, demand generation review, channel management and review, and overall performance management of the sales team. You will hire and expand the region to scale with the company’s growth and objectives.
- The role is predominantly customer facing, requiring ownership of, and an ability to develop, drive and execute all phases of the sales cycle, including but not limited to channel management and negotiation, identification and qualification of opportunities, high level solution design, solution presentation, commercial negotiation and order processing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead security account plans and strategies using all cross-functional resources (executive sponsors, marketing, technical, services, etc) to achieve your yearly quota.
- Direct and motivate an existing team of sales, channel, and engineers. Works closely together with the local team in order to maximize the primary business focus and serves as team leader responsible for the quality and success of activities in the territory
- Build executive-level relationships with partners to develop incremental product and service business. Drive revenue growth through channel management and expanding new partners and new customers.
- Team with Hillstone authorized channel partners on sales opportunities bringing to bear their capabilities where appropriate.
- Actively participate in cybersecurity events and partner activities. Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and partners in the territory. Contribute to the improvement of Hillstone cyber security proposition.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing and growing a team within the technology sector. Good all-round knowledge of security market, and good experience in selling complex software-based solutions such as network security solution, cloud security solutions, network and systems management solution.
- Good experience in channel management, good relationship with local security distributors and resellers
- Validated/Quantifiable track record of over-achievement. Large, complex deal management ($500k+). Experience in applying solution-selling methodologies to improve corporate revenue growth.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred. Able to travel is required.
- Highly self-motivated and goal oriented, excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, open minded, willing to listen and learn.

Cyber Security Sales Specialist | Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Singapore/Malaysia
- As a cyber security sales specialist, you will be responsible for all sales of Hillstone security products and solutions through Hillstone authorized channel partners or directly. You will report to country manager.
- The role is predominantly customer facing, requiring ownership of, and an ability to develop, drive and execute all phases of the sales cycle, including but not limited to the identification and qualification of opportunities, high level solution design, solution presentation, commercial negotiation and order processing
Responsibilities:

- Drive revenue growth through expanding new resellers and new customers, and through new project identification, creation, and attach opportunities to achieve your yearly quota

- Partner closely with technical resources to ensure technical perfection in all, positioning, competitive analysis, proposals, and exchanges. Provide customers and partners with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required.

Cyber Security Pre-sales Engineer | Thailand/Indonesia/Vietnam/Singapore/Malaysia
We are looking for a highly self-motivated and goal-oriented Cyber Security Pre-sales Engineer to work closely with our South East Asia (SEA) sales team and channel partners in a technical pre-sales capacity. With a focus on resolving customer issues, this role will also help evangelize the benefits and technical merits of our award-winning products and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work in collaboration with the sales team to identify prospects and establish relationships with prospective partners to ensure continued sales growth
- Keep up to date in all areas of Hillstone Networks; demonstrate our full portfolio of solutions that help keep organizations safe from threats and protect their operations and data
- Educate partners, prospects, and customers on the diverse spectrum of technical, operational and network safety challenges and how Hillstone can help them
- Drive meetings with potential and existing customers to identify their requirements and problems, recommend and deliver appropriate solutions
- Work closely with R&D and TAC organization, address technical questions, offer insight into best practices, and manage Proof-of-Concepts
- Respond to relevant RFI & RFP sections with the support of product experts
- Participate in industry cybersecurity events and partner activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Engineering and Pre-sales experience in Security or Network Security
- Good understanding of a typical customer network topology
- Strong understanding of routing protocols, L2/L3 switches, VPN, LAN, WLAN,IPS, NGFW, Anti-Virus, IPSEC, SSL, Radius, PKI, IKE, Virtualization, and Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with security devices and solutions such as NGFW/WAF/IPS/SD-WAN/Mail Security Gateways/ADC/XDR
- Good overall knowledge of the current threat landscape is a plus
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Open minded attitude with a willingness to listen and continuously learn
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 25%-40% travel, including international travel in South East Asia
- CISSP and other security-related certification is preferred.

Network Security Researcher, Architect
Responsibilities
Perform the cyber threat research and shape the method and rule-engine for Data Analysis. Will also directly impact the company’s overall intelligent security solution.
Required experiences
- Direct experiences in cyber security research, malware analysis, or networking security
- Knowledge in security research and reverse engineering
- Knowledge in security and malware detection technologies, such as anti-APT, anti-ZeroDay
- Deep understanding of application level (Layer 7) networking threats
